Based on resolver’s experience to date, if you are overcharged for a parking ticket in the station car park, you should go straight to the ticket office and explain the situation. They should be willing to refund you the excess cost which you paid for the parking ticket.

If you are not satisfied with their response, resolver recommends that you address your concerns to the train company’s Customer Services department (you can find details of this on their website).
