You should submit your complaint in writing to the customer services department of the relevant train operator, setting out why you are complaining, the nature of the incident and when it occurred. If you have not received a satisfactory response from the train company, resolver recommends that you contact either London Travelwatch at enquiries@londontravelwatch.org.uk (for the London area) or Passenger Focus at advice@passengerfocus.org.uk (for outside London) who will assist you in your complaint. resolver can assist you in submitting, recording and reminding you when and who to escalate to.
