I was delayed for over three hours by Norwegian airlines on the 28th Dec 2016. Spurred on by Martin Lewis, I thought I'd give Resolver ago, and quite frankly I wasn't expecting a positive result. The website is extremely clear and user-friendly, and it was very simple to lodge a complaint. Surprisingly Norwegian were really responsive to my email, I imagine using the resolver template massively helped.
